What is Inclusivity in the Workplace?

Workplace inclusivity is all about creating a safe space for employees to openly share thoughts and ideas knowing that they are being heard and respected. We know that we aren't always going to agree on everything because, let's face it, that could lead to the very dangerous area of GroupThink, which can cause people to ignore important information and ultimately lead to poor decision-making. It is important to fully embrace differences and subsequently benefit from the diversity of thought.
